Professional events require a surface that can support high-speed running, sudden stops, directional changes, passing, shooting, and repeated impact. Vivaturf non-infill turf is built around a three-layer performance structure: micro-level fiber coordination, macro-level shock absorption, and an infill-free clean surface.
At the fiber layer, Vivaturf uses a 7:3 straight-and-curled fiber matrix. Approximately 70% high-modulus straight fibers create a stable support framework, helping athletes generate power during sprinting, cutting, and shooting. The remaining 30% high-resilience curled fibers add cushioning and help the surface recover after repeated compression. This combination helps reduce the risk of uneven friction caused by fiber collapse and supports a more consistent playing experience across the field.
Below the fibers, Vivaturf uses a closed-cell PE shockpad designed to distribute impact forces evenly. This helps prevent localized soft or hard spots, supporting consistent foot feedback in different field areas. For professional events, this kind of uniformity is important because field variation can affect athlete movement, ball behavior, and match fairness.
Unlike traditional infill systems, Vivaturf does not depend on rubber granules or silica sand. This helps avoid particle migration, dust, equipment contamination, and odor issues, especially in indoor or semi-enclosed venues.
